We offer a Cut & Heat Seal Service for your ribbon. It doesn't even have to be supplied by us. (You can send us your ribbon for cutting - Subject to a small compatability test)
The ribbon is measured to your required legnth and then a computerised heated blade is applied resulting in a neat cut that is heat sealed and won't fray.
We cut / seal ribbon either straight or diagonal - Registration cutting is also available, just get in touch for further details.
The cut setting starts from just 25mm to whatever other length you require (+/- 5mm)
The ribbon widths available for cut and heat sealing is from 3mm - 100mm and must be a man made fibre. Polyester, Acetate etc. - Natural fibres (Cotton etc.) is not possible to cut with this method.
